Since their introduction this range of products have been fitted to hundreds and thousands of your customers’ vehicles. To enhance our range, we are starting to add new products that fill the gaps, giving you a full offering.
New to Range Complete Coil and Suspension Struts
YEARS 3 WARRANTY
The complete coil strut comes ready assembled with shock, coil and top strut mounting including bearings. Saving ever increasing labour costs and workshop time. The complete strut can be changed with limited tools and time.
New product group introduced to the Starline range is a complete and ready to fit coil suspension strut assembly. These have been developed as a quicker and safer alternative to changing a coil spring.

Air Suspension
Transmission
The range includes everything required for repairs to the air suspension systems. Air springs, air struts, air compressors, valve blocks and fitting pipes. Complete, pre-assembled and ready to fit compressors with fitting cages. Starline has a range of plug and play air compressors which can be directly fitted to the vehicle. The air supply units on BMW and VAG applications comprise of the air compressor, valve block, pipes and fitting cage. applications in the EU aftermarket. The range covers all fast-moving items and frequently replaced items for BMW, Mercedes, JLR and VAG. Starline has also gone further to stock slower moving but equally important parts for brands such as Jeep, Tesla, PSA and more. Older cars and 4x4’s from the early 2000’s up to 2015 are losing residual value. Their current values do not warrant an OEM or premium brand replacement part. Air suspension systems were fitted to vehicles in the premium sector from the late 1990s. Now air suspension is widely used on commercial and passenger car applications from a wide range of manufacturers. Why Starline? Typically these components are all supplied by different OEM manufacturers, therefore they are not available as a complete unit from OEM or OES suppliers unlike Starline. This drastically reduces labour time and cost.

Remanufacturing process follows exacting standards to retain the original OE performance. During strip down all seals are replaced with OE equivalent parts and all units are 100% tested throughout the remanufacturing process. Our Starline units are Pressure and flow tested using simulated road conditions to ensure perfect functionality, and further tests include electronic performance under simulated road conditions providing quality assurance.
All of our Electric Power Steering (EPS) racks are plug and play – a term that describes the simplicity that we bring to problem installations and in 95% of occasions, eliminates the need for programming of the remanufactured EPS product supplied.
Starline Hydraulic steering racks are ISO certified and they are remanufactured to exacting standards to retain the original OE performance. Once all our Hydraulic steering racks are stripped down, all the seals are replaced with OE equivalent parts. To ensure that quality is guaranteed, all our units are tested 100% throughout the remanufacturing process, before being signed off as good as new.
The main reasons for flushing the system on all power steering systems is that the fluid becomes contaminated during regular use, and the contamination will cause premature failure of hydraulic seals under pressure.

AGM is the leading technology in the market for the most exacting requirements. AGM batteries are engineered to cope with the excess heat created by regenerative braking and the continuous on/off action of the Stop-Start system. Importantly they power the electrics when the engine is in “sleep mode”, at traffic lights or stuck in jams. Only ever replace AGM with AGM or it will fail prematurely.

EFB technology satisfies requirements that lie somewhere between conventional starter batteries and AGM technology. Like AGM, EFB batteries power the electrics when the engine is in “sleep mode”. We want to make sure that as we continue to grow the Starline brand we have a rounded offering that we can promote to our customers, adding bulbs is the next logical step. We have kept it simple to start with and we have a range of bulbs that cater for 90%+ of the market needs. In the first range there are: • Standard bulbs • 24V Bulbs • Xenon Bulbs.
