ULTRAFLEX NAUTECH 1 BOXED SYSTEM:

• Suitable for single station, single engine up to 300hp maximum. • Wheel turns 4.3. System consists of: • 1 x 28cc front mount helm pump (4-48006) • 1 x Front mount outboard cylinder 4-48066*, 4-48068* or 4-48069* • 2 x litres of hydraulic oil (2 x 4-47067). *Check application guide on page 104 for system required. Note: UC128-OBF cylinder is available in 3 versions: • UC128-OBF/1 (4-48066) UC95-OBF/2 (4-48069) and UC95-OBF/3 (4-48068). *Check application guide on page ?? for system required.

Note: For twin engine applications a tie bar is required.

8MM (5/16") ID HYDRAULIC OUTBOARD HOSE KITS ONLY For single station installation. Consists of a pair of high pressure flexible hoses with pre-attached hose fittings. Dual station will require additional kit.

ULTRAFLEX BUBBLEBUSTER™

A portable device for the automatic filling and purging of hydraulic systems.

Attach the hoses using the quick connect fittings to the helm and cylinder and with the push of a button the BubbleBuster™ begins cycling oil throughout the entire systems free of air. The system features a ZeroEmulsion pump, a 4 quart capacity reservoir and is compatible with competing helms and cylinders. Components Included • 1 x motor pump with safety valve, switch and 5 litres (1 gal) tank included, it allows the purging of 2 hydraulic steering systems before refilling. 12V electric motor with thermal protection; current absorption 8A. • 1 x 4m (13') electric harness with alligator clips for fast connection with the battery. • 1 x double spiralled hose to connect to helm pump. Extended length: 6m (19,6'). • 1 x double spiralled hose to connect to cylinder. Extended length: 6m (19,6'). • 1 x utility tray.
