12V HIGH PERFORMANCE (HP) TRIM TAB KITS SINGLE/DUAL ACTUATOR

Designed & built for the boats that need extra strength to support them in rougher water at higher speeds. Boat lengths 18' (5.5m) to 42' (12.8m).

Designed for multiple engine applications with limited transom space. The contoured blade design allows extra space for engines to turn while reducing cavitation to the props. Boat lengths 16'(4.9m) to 40' (12.2m). Dual actuators are for larger, faster boats - boat lengths 24' (7.3m) to 52' (15.8m).

Single Actuator

Blades have 1" (2.5cm) turned up edges and a 5 degree taper on the inside, heavy duty hinge with 1/4" (6.4mm) diameter hinge pin. Full transom back plate with welded on S/S upper & adjustable lower actuator mounting brackets, 5/16" (0.8cm) S/S mounting bolts & mechanical strain-relief cable seals. 3.75" (9.5cm) sacrificial anodes installed.

Dual Actuator

Supplied with heavy duty hinge with 3/8" (9.5mm) diameter hinge pin. Full transom back plate with mechanical strain-relief cable seals, welded on s/steel upper & adjustable lower actuator mounting brackets, 3/8" (9.5mm) stainless steel mounting bolts. 3.75" (9.5cm) sacrificial anodes installed.

Kit includes: • 2 x 12-gauge 304 stainless steel electro-polished blades. • 2 x (Single) XD Extreme Duty actuators with 6' (1.8m) leads and Deutsch connectors. • 2 x Actuator extension harnesses to be purchased separately. • Lenco owner's/installation manual. • Boat-mounting hardware to be supplied by the customer Switch kits sold separately.

The actuator leads pass through the water-tight mechanical strain relief cable seal and the back plate before passing through the transform. This applies to all products with back plates.
