QUICK BALDER BL2 WINDLASS

The Balder BL2 is a new Quick windlass with a horizontal axis designed for installations in the anchor locker compartment. The BL2 is available with 3 different motor sizes – 600/900/1200 Watt at 12 and 24 Volts - providing continuous working loads from 200kg up to 480kg, with a maximum pull of 930kg. Each unit is supplied with chain counter sensor, chain guide, pressure lever and its solenoid. The BL2 features an automatic free-fall system, and the motor is fully waterproof. To ease the positioning, the motor can rotate up to 180° at 45° increments. Thanks to a specific bracket it can be installed on the bulkhead or below deck. All these features make the BL2 the ideal anchoring system for vessels from 5-10m, 16-33ft.
