TITAN FUEL HOSE ASSEMBLIES BS EN ISO 7840 CLASS A1

These hoses completely meet the EC Recreational Craft Directive, which is a rarity, being tested by B.S.I. and given an EC type examination certificate by Lloyds register in order to totally comply with the regulation unlike many marketed. In most cases ‘TITAN’ greatly exceeded the test requirements. Specification:

EN ISO 7840 A1 & A2 The difference between Type A1 and Type A2 is the fuel permeation rate in a test environment. Type A1 is hose tested with a permeation rate of 4g/m sq per hour or less. Type A2 is hose tested with a permeation rate of 4g/m sq per hour up to & including 12g/m sq per hr. • Black, fuel, (petrol & diesel oil) resistant NBR rubber tube. • Cover is abrasion, ozone, weather, heat & oil resistant. • Resistant to flame, abrasion, oil and sea conditions • Temperature range: -35ºC to +100ºC • Type A2 is mandrell wound and also features twin steel wire helix reinforcement.
