Albion FLA marine engine start batteries. Previously recognized as type 643 and 644, for normally aspirated diesel engines up to 2000cc. Maintenance to electrolyte levels is required, and should be float charged by a mains or solar charger if left unused for periods of more than 1 month to ensure optimum life. Features include tapered post terminals, convenient carry handles and 2 year warranty against defective manufacture. These batteries are not suitable for use as domestic/leisure power storage or cyclic duty.
