Sika Plastix 22A Silicone Sealant

Alsco Marine Sealant Adhesive

Sika® Plastix-22A is a premium grade, low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant ideal for glazing and roofline applications, along with other construction and industrial applications. Low dirt pick up and the added benefit of an anti-mould ingredient makes this product perfect for use with PVCu and plastics. It has excellent adhesion to all common substrates, excellent flexibility and great weatherproofing properties. Replaces N298/B.

For flexible, long term, high strength bonding of deck hardware, sealing above and below the waterline, bonding GRP components and structure. General sealing and bonding including keel, hull stern shaft tube, plumbing and sanitary equipment and for metal to metal flexible joints. After completing application, ensure material is kept dry and undisturbed for at least 12 hours.

Sikaflex 522 Caravan & Motorhome STP Adhesive / Sealant 300ml White A low emission one-component Silane Terminated Polymer (STP) sealant/adhesive, suitable for applications in areas of air ventilation and incidental food contact.

Sikaflex 221 Adhesive Sealant 300ml A fast curing, polyurethane-based adhesive/sealant. It is a moisture cured, non-sag system. Provides a permanent elastic bond to fasten materials. Tack-free Time: 45 minutes Application Temperature: 40° F. to 100° F. Cures rapidly and is sand able. Resistant to shock and vibration dampening. Can be painted with water, oil, and rubber based coatings. Odourless, non staining, non-corrosive, and non shrinking. Excellent on aluminium, GRP, steel, wood, and pre-painted metals.

Sikaflex®-522 is suitable for interior and exterior elastic sealing and bonding applications and adheres well to a variety of substrates including timber, glass, metals, metal primers and paint coatings (2-part systems), ceramic materials and plastics. This product has a high weathering and mould resistance and meets highest EHS standards. NOTE: Seek manufacturer’s advice and perform tests on original substrates before using Sikaflex®-522 on materials prone to stress cracking.
