An automatic mains changeover switch for inverter and land-line which prioritizes the land-line when available. It provides 2 outputs, one for larger loads such as air-con, that is only powered when mains is available from the land-line, and a second output for accessories that remain powered by the inverter when the land-line is not available. When the land-line is present, it powers both outputs.
