Navico Group Dealer Network
Starting from 2021, value-add retailers, dealers and installers have been selected to be part of Aquafax’s authorised Dealer Network. Working with these select customer groups, Aquafax provide priority technical support, stock holding and preferential trade terms. This model enables us to proactively work with key accounts and develop a strong service dealer and sales network to support Navico Group customers.
Technical Training and Product Certification
Aquafax understands that training is critical at any partner level. Our Technical Support Team use their expertise and knowledge to train our partners on sales, service and installation to ensure that they have the product knowledge and customer service tools needed to succeed, thus providing end-users with unparalleled customer experience. The training program provides certification to our partners and their staff ensuring that they are fully trained on Navico Group products. Our end customers can then be rest assured that their systems and installations are correctly installed and commissioned. Partners receive notifications from Aquafax of training events in their area, and product training and certification is required every two years.
Project Support
Aquafax reward partners for specifying Navico Group products in large tenders and bids. We offer special pricing above their already-negotiated partner discount when Navico Group products are exclusively offered. Additional project discount is based on the value of Navico Group proposed on a tender or project bid.
Co-op Marketing

Available marketing collateral includes the Navico Group branding, lock up logos, branded signage, product brochures, and product catalogues. Aquafax also participate in editorial pieces on Navico Group products including case studies, social media and e-newsletter campaigns, and look to appoint brand ambassadors.
