They contact you via your preferred method, saving you time and money, to resolve issue. * A fix is the resolution to an individual fault (symptom) on an individual vehicle. You are only debited by the initial method of contact. Each case has an individual ID number. Any subsequent enquiries relating to the same vehicle and symptom, within 2 months, will not incur additional AssistCredits. You will receive a summary of your AssistCredit balance via email following each case. **Example based on Individual AssistCredit bundles.

AUTOLOGIC DIAGNOSTICS AT A GLANCE

Communication KWP over CAN, KWP over k-line (serial), UDS over CAN, HFM (Mercedes specific), 9600 comms (specific), 5baud comms, ISO9141, SAE J1850 PWM, SAE J2818, MOST. Interface The AssistPlus device, running Microsoft Windows, uses the latest touchscreen technology, with split screen functions allowing for two different applications to run simultaneously. Diagnostic features include graphing, live data, remote diagnostics and module coding. The integrated 5-megapixel camera captures images that can be sent to the Fault 2 Fix Team for advice and assistance. The web browser and PDF viewer provides users with the facility to view informative videos or help documents at the same time as diagnostic results. Data Retrieval Comprehensive diagnostics, giving all the values required to diagnose the problem in hand. Compare the actual value being read from the car against specified bench mark values to quickly highlight if the value displayed is outside the expected range (where applicable). The user can also use the assist plus to build their own test data through quick tests screen shots, image and video capture using the file manager which can be quickly searched and reviewed to confirm the data of a known good car against a problem one.

Data Interpretation All data is displayed in an easy to read form with familiar menu layout across all manufacturers. Technical Videos, seminars, webinars are also available on the AssistPlus through the built in web browser which can connect you straight to Autologic Assist website. AssistPlus provides; Symptom Assessment, Fault code Interpretation, Log File Analysis, Diagnostic Pathway and Fix Pathway. Self-help portal connects to technicians’ forum. AssistMobile app and AssistOnline provide direct access to 100+ European dealer trained Master Technicians to help guide you through the data and help you get from fault to fix fast. Autologic looks beyond the diagnostics and all the ways to actually fixing the car. The Fault 2 Fix Team are passionate about helping customers fix cars. Each of the dealer trained master technicians bring 15-20 years of on-the-job experience. No other vehicle diagnostics company boasts a customer support team like that of Autologic. In the last 12 months the Autologic Fault 2 Fix team has: • Received more than 300,000 submitted customer cases • Identified over 15,000 individual fault codes • Fixed over 1,200 different vehicle models • Solved 97.5% of all cases submitted Coding and Special functions The diagnostic solution enables the

user to actuate individual components, such as; window switch, throttle valve actuator, electric motors, etc.

Job Recording The Vehicle Session Management records all quick test images and videos associated with each car. Every time you test a vehicle with the AssistPlus device, all the results are stored on- device against its VIN. The data can be easily searched by any field Brand, model, even by partial VINs. This makes data review of past customers extremely fast and the user can pick up where they left off or compare a car from a previous job to a new job. These records are stored directly on the device, with all the reports and media files synced to your company's online account.
