How We Deliver Your Training

Every training course is built on a deep understanding of your business. We begin by sitting down with you and your team to discuss your goals, identify challenges and define what success looks like for you. We’ll use a proven diagnostic process that can include: • Comprehensive site audits • The review of key operational data • Analysis of existing processes and products With these insights, we will then design a fully customised training solution. Bespoke training courses can include: • Enhancing bodyshop utilisation and efficiency • Advanced painter training • Implementation of sustainable practices • Essential apprenticeship skills. Where We Deliver Your Training

• Either at our LKQ Academy in Tamworth or at your facility • The appropriate technical expert from the team will be appointed • An outline of the bespoke course will be built and will act as the guide • Dates and availability will be confirmed post agreement of the training content.

1. On-site at the LKQ Academy Attendees: Up to 8 people.

Price: From £1,200 From £2,000

2. At Your Facility

Attendees: Up to 3 people.

Price: From £1,000

Requirements: • A spray booth (if applicable) and a meeting room with presenting facilities • Any specialist/specific tooling will be provided by LKQ on the day • Panel stands and dust extraction need to be available if required Important Details: • All prices are per day • LKQ will try to build you a bespoke course, sometimes it’s not possible, LKQ will discuss this with you • Any changes made after the course has been designed may be subject to a price change

• Dedicated workshop bays should be available if applicable • LKQ will provide a list of required items/products that need to be available on the day.

• Live jobs are not to be used during the training • The customer is responsible for the health and safety of their employees, while LKQ will bring its own PPE.
