Walkthrough of products…..

• Anti corrosive properties • Aids adhesion • Prep wipes option

• Replicates OEM E-coat properties (warranty)

• Applied in controlled environment e.g., spraybooth

Prep wipes for certain processes

• Plastic parts contain release agents • Creates a chemical bond by crystallising • Flexible coating

• Adhesion to plastic parts

• Applied in controlled environment e.g., spraybooth • Important, flash-off times must be followed by TDS

For warranty process compliance, always advise on the brand the customer is using

 

Etch Primer

If Etch Primers are not recommended under the brands primers, prep wipes are the recommendation

 

Ideal for small rub throughs and spot repairs on bumpers

High Build Primer (Sprayed)

Dedicated hi-build primer gun with a 1.6-1.8 tip recommended for optimum finish Ideal for batch priming jobs last thing at night to allow for curing overnight, and jobs will ne ready for the next morning

Bonus: Opportunity to sell Optima foam rollers & mixing board

Some wet on wet primers allow panels to be ‘batch primed’ and be overcoated in 4 days without prep!
