With almost 40 years of experience in the automotive spare parts market, ERA is an international expert in automotive electrics and electronics. ERA now sells over 27,000 references from 50 product families in over 80 countries worldwide. The product groups include switches, sensors, rotating electrics, ignition parts, fuel pumps, water pumps, EGR valves as well as wiper motors and window regulators. ERA AGM and EFB All vehicles with stop/start technology require stop/start batteries, you must never replace either an AGM or EFB battery with a standard battery, even very high-performance ones as standard batteries are not designed, intended or capable of dealing with constant stop starting or powering the increased electrical loads that these vehicles are built with. AGM and EFB batteries are also vastly different in their build, technology, and design, again highlighting the importance of choosing the correct battery replacement for the different vehicle technologies.
