1. Vehicle arrives at garage 2. Wheels, brake pads, calipers and discs removed 3. All connections to axle bracket removed* 4. Old knuckle assembly removed 5. New knuckle assembly installed 6. All connections to knuckle re-attached (*including new ABS sensor) 7. Calipers, brake pads, discs and wheel re-fitted

1. Vehicle arrives at garage 2. Wheels, brake pads, calipers and discs removed 3. Old bearing removed and new bearing installed using FAG special tool 4. Calipers, brake pads, discs and wheel refitted 5. Test drive
