System updates

Planned system downtime

Babbage Service Pack: This was due to be installed in ROI and UK in early August but has been delayed. There is no confirmed date at present. We will keep you posted as soon as dates have been confirmed.

Regression testing: I’d like to extend my thanks to Saj and the finance team members who took part in the regression testing sessions over the past few weeks; appreciate this is in addition to the day job, and the team members taking part have been very helpful in completing the testing in the time frame.

Arleigh User Acceptance Testing (UAT): We’ve had confirmation from IT that the new test system will be available from 1st September. UAT is due to commence on 5th September and is planned to run for 4 weeks. All users required to be involved in the testing will have been notified by the project manager.
