1. What do you tend to buy from LKQ Euro Car Parts? We do have some equipment from LKQ Euro Car Parts, but we mainly buy mechanical parts and components. The range covers every type of product we need, and the key is that there’s a selection to choose from. Our preference is to buy the more expensive brands and go for the very best quality, but we’ve got options should a customer want to spend a bit less. We always discuss the options with our customers and go for the product or brand that best suits their needs and their budget, and that’s great for driving trust. Whether we buy from the top end of the range or not, we know we’re always buying quality parts and delivering a quality service. And you can’t argue with LKQ Euro Car Parts on price.

2. How do you tend to buy from LKQ Euro Car Parts? For us, it’s a 50:50 split between ordering online and over the phone. Omnipart is really handy, especially if you want to price up jobs out of hours. It’s a 24h parts service. We find Omnipart really useful when making sure we’re buying in the right part – you can have a part in front of you and bring up its replacement on screen, comparing old and new before you order. And the phone is always there if you need to discuss anything with the branch team. We also run a recovery business, and with Omnipart, we can order parts there and then at 2am to arrive later that working day. We never find ourselves waiting for a part. We get four deliveries a day from our local branch, at 8am, 10am, 1pm and 3pm. This means we can crack on with jobs in the workshop, placing orders and receiving parts as we go. Even if we buy a small part worth just a couple of Euro, we can expect it within a couple of hours – there’s no minimum spend to hit for delivery. 3. How do you find the delivery process?

4. What’s your relationship like with your local branch? Our local branch team really understand our business – who we are, how we work, and how we need them to support us. On the rare occasion that what we need isn’t in stock, they will go out of their way to source it and get it to us as soon as possible. We’ve got a great working relationship and we all get along, which helps as well! 5. How do you find working with LKQ Euro Car Parts more widely? LKQ Euro Car Parts look after us much better than other suppliers, and we genuinely feel like we’re in this together with them. We can use our Omnirewards points for all sort sorts – business and personal. We really appreciate all the different ways LKQ Euro Car Parts has engaged with us over the years which have helped to strengthen our partnership.
