Covid Support

As ever, our network remains open and operational to support you, rest assured that we will continue with our robust safety measures and practices to keep us all safe.

In our stores You’ll remember we have asked our customers to wear face coverings in our stores since it became a legal requirement to do so last year. With infection rates continuing to rise across the country, and in line with any other retailers, we are now making this a compulsory requirement in all our stores. If you visit one of our stores and don’t have a mask, or are unable to wear one, our team will support you by either providing a mask or taking your order over the phone and bringing it out to you.

Let us come to you Y ou can of course keep it completely contactless by using our fast, online ordering service through Omnipart to request parts direct to your workshop. It offers you a priority service, and even better, is available at all hours. Just login, find the parts you need and let us do the rest.

A reminder of the support available to you

From keeping you supplied for all your critical jobs, to kitting you out with all the essential PPE you’ll need, along with providing you easy to use solutions for parts ordering through Omnipart; we’ve got you covered. We have a wealth of business guidance and the latest safety advice on our Omnihub, to help keep you up to date. Our service solutions packages are designed to help you with things like staff shortages or customer payment plans, to help take some of the pressure off you. These are uncertain times for all of us, but we’re committed to help you keep safe and carry on – so whatever you need from us, we’re here. You can visit the Omnihub or contact your local branch to find out what support is available to you.

Keeping your teams and customers safe

It’s important to keep yourself and your teams safe whilst you continue to support your customers too. We’ve refreshed some of the posters we have available for you to help you inform and advise people when they’re on your site. You can download them through our Omnihub, along with the latest guidance and support on how to keep moving, safely. Plus, we’ve dropped even more prices across our PPE range, to give you one less thing to worry about in these uncertain times.

Aircon Service With the warmer months approaching, aircon season will be here before we know it. Make sure you take advantage of the opportunities this will bring by investing in the right equipment and training to get the job done. Vehicle Aircon System Servicing If you currently outsource your aircon servicing, you are potentially losing out on revenue. Investing in your own air conditioning unit will ensure your customers don't go elsewhere for their aircon servicing. We have a range of units available to fit your business needs with extended service and warranty packages.

The benefits to your business are: ⊲ Increased revenue streams for your workshop ⊲ Minimal technician hands on time ⊲ Avoiding subcontracting to another garage and lose revenue ⊲ Increased customer satisfaction and retention Did you know that: ⊲ 18 million vehicles have aircon systems ⊲ 95% of all new vehicle registrations come with air-conditioning as standard ⊲ Air-conditioning systems should be serviced every 12 months ⊲ Gas should be topped up every year Your Servicing Equipment

Is your aircon unit ready? When was the last time you treated it to a service?

Just like a car, an air conditioning machine requires a service each year to ensure it is performing as it should. We have a range of warranty and service packages available to ensure your machine is kept in tip top condition ready for aircon seasons for years to come. If a package doesn’t fit your business needs, we also have one off servicing available.

Training As well as having the right equipment, the right training is essential when providing aircon servicing and repairs. To do any work on an aircon system you must have qualifications that meet the minimum requirements of multiple regulations. The consequences of continuing to recover, transfer or handle refrigerant without the relevant qualifications are punishable by law. This applies to an employer and an employee. For more information, call your local branch or visit Auto Education Ireland.
