Scan tools may find the fault, but often only put the technician in the general area of the problem. Thorough testing of the component along with associated sensors, actuators and wiring is essential before replacing any parts. This course also meets the requirements for technicians wishing to complete the Auto Education “Road to Success” programme for IMI Diagnostic Technician and Master Technician status.
