Reaching out to your customers The modern age has overtaken in many ways when it comes to advertising and growing your business. We have huge focuses on social media, emails and even online reviews. But what is wrong with an old-fashioned phone call?

Testing for sales Here are some things you can check that will help increase your revenue and customer loyalty: ■ One garage owner reported a 43% uptake based on phone calls he made in a single day. ■ Another owners mailing resulted in no bookings, but a follow up call resulted in 11 bookings. Many cars have been sitting idle or barely used for months, why not call your customers a get their car booked in for an ‘Health check’ or call ahead and book in MOTs that are due in the next calendar month?
