X SmartPACK The SmartPACK is one of the most important and valuable sections, it includes; SmartCASE, Recall data and Technical Service Bulletins. „ SmartCASE are similar to TSBs but do not originate from the VMs, instead are verified fixes from professionals and are unique to HaynesPro. „ Recall data is safety related recall information issued by the VMs. „ Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) are known issues and fixes published by the VMs to their dealer network and franchise repairers. The user can see the quantity of bulletins that are available on the Overview page, this is the number displayed on the SmartPACK main button.

The numbers on each of the tabs indicate the quantity of bulletins for the corresponding bulletin type

To help the user find the relative bulletins, there are a number of filters that can be applied across SmartPACK.
