How it works

Identify suitable customers and conduct Joint-visit with Shell Customers with 20+ in their fleet are the ideal target.

Getting customers signed up​ Utlise the customer flyer to explain the offer and how it will benefit them. If the customer is interested, they need to fill in the form on Omnipart: omnipart.eurpocarparts.com/digraph-bulk-shell ​ A DocuSign will be sent to the signed-up customer via email the Friday after they sign-up (if signed up on Friday, it will be the following). This will then go to the Digraph Account Manager for signing.

Site audit ​ Once the form has been submitted, both Shell and Advanced Workshops will contact the customer directly to arrange a site audit.

Confirmation and installation ​ Once the feedback from the audit has been received, if confirmed the job will be raised with the supplier for installation.
