Sensor or Sensor Control Unit Replacement:​ • Customers replacing these parts need calibration​ • Explain how calibration ensures accurate sensor readings and optimal system performance.​ Repairs Near Sensors (Bodyshops):​ • After repairs near sensors, such as collision repairs​ • Highlight the importance of recalibrating sensors to maintain system integrity and vehicle safety

Sensor Removal and Refitting:​ • When removing and refitting sensors, such as during front-end repairs or windscreen replacements​ • Calibration is necessary to ensure the sensors function correctly after being reinstalled​ Vehicle Geometry Changes (Alignment services):​ • To be offered during vehicle alignment services​ • Recommend calibration to ensure ADAS accuracy after changes in vehicle geometry​
