I’ve been working to drive our LKQ Academy for a number of years now and am deeply passionate about our ability to help our customers put training, employee retention and future-skills at the heart of their business. We all know there’s a skills gap in the industry and we all know how important training is to help resolve that – I want LKQ Academy to support as many people as possible, helping customer to remain relevant and future-fit.
