Course Description:

• We look at the Pre Vehicle Inspection where the customer journey begins. This is the stage to make the customer feel comfortable whilst assessing their vehicle for any possible issues before the repair starts and the potential of any upselling. • The Post Vehicle Inspection is the crucial stage to ensure the vehicle is returned to its pre-accident condition, meets safety standards, and all work aligns with the repair estimate. We look at process needed before, and during, handing the vehicle back to your customer.

• This course is designed for you to give your customer the best repair experience at this stressful time. • The aim of the session is to compliment your current process by showing you all the elements to look for whilst doing a Pre or Post Quality Check. • Quality control ensures high standards, which boosts customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Quality control highlights the importance of continuous improvement by monitoring processes and taking corrective action to increase efficiency.
