5 : Delivery Requirements

5.1 Performance Monitor

All Suppliers are expected to deliver on time and in full as stated on all Purchase Orders raised. All Suppliers will be monitored in line with Euro Car Parts Ltd.’s Key Performance indicators (KPI’s) under these categories:

• Booking Conformance • Delivery Conformance • Presentation Conformance • SKU Conformance • On time and in full (OTIF)

Details of the requirements under each of these headings are contained within this section under the relevant category headings. A record of all non-conformances will be maintained by Euro Car Parts Ltd and will be used as part of the supplier selection process. Any non-conformance is potentially liable for a compensation claim.
