FAQ’s

WHO IS THE OMNIREWARDS APP FOR? It is available to Independent Trade SMR garages (i.e. Service, Maintenance or Repair) based in the UK.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REDEEM POINTS? Points earned have a lifespan of 18 months from date of issue.

WHAT IS CRITERIA? Monthly qualifying spend must be £3,000 (excluding VAT). To be considered for Omnirewards. Omnirewards takes preference over an additional reward, rebate or loyalty programme.

WHEN ARE POINTS ISSUED? Points are uploaded on the 1st working day of the month, 30 days after month of purchase (i.e. January points are uploaded on 1st March).

HOW ARE POINTS AWARDED? Points are given on all sales except Paint, Surcharges, Engines, Gearboxes and Garage Equipment.

IS THIS A TAXABLE BENEFIT-IN-KIND? You may be liable to BIK tax, depending on your personal situation. We recommend speaking to an independent financial advisor for further information about this.
