We have added a new product group - complete strut assembly with spring. The complete coil strut comes ready assembled with shock, coil and top strut mounting including bearings. Saving ever increasing labour costs and workshop time. The customer can simply unbolt the old strut and replace with the new complete unit. Suitable for professional, home and even roadside mechanics. The complete strut can be changed with limited tools and time.

HYDRAULIC STEERING SYSTEMS – FLUSHING CRITERIA

Always refer customers to the manufacturer’s specifications to establish the correct fluid required. In order for the replacement of a new steering rack or pump the be a success, the customer must pour fresh hydraulic steering fluid into the reservoir so it flushes through the whole steering system, WITHOUT LETTING IT RUN DRY. Then, once the fluid runs clear, the new rack or pump can be successfully fitted.

All steering racks and pumps come with fitting instructions – recommend that the customers refer to these to support the customer and keep the number of returns to your branch to a minimum.

Wynn’s Power Steering Flush is a cleaning oil developed to clean power steering systems. Compatible with all power steering fluids and is designed for use before changing power steering components to help reduce warranty returns.
