December saw us hold our first Branch Manager Conference in 3 years. After numerous Covid delays, we finally got together for a packed agenda of business strategy, leadership insights, and suppliers. Over 500 colleagues, suppliers and partners gathered in one place felt really special. There was a lot to get through over the two days and product was one of the main focuses. Displays and seminars were held by many of leading suppliers – Pagid, Bosch, Schaeffler, Shell and Varta just to name a few.

We also had displays from our own exclusive brands, Starline had a huge stand and focus throughout as well as MPM, OPTIMAL, Eicher, ERA, Crosland and Vega. These stands focused on the range and products and what makes them so great for you to sell! There was a separate area for our solutions and services, a big emphasise on our Workshop Solutions and Bodyshop. The conference also saw the launch of our new concept 1TEC, which you will start to see in early 2023.
