Schaeffler has put together intelligent KITs for changing timing belts under its INA product brand to make replacement in the garage particularly simple and efficient. These KITs contain all components required for the exchange, each individually adapted to the respective car: • Timing belt • Tensioner pulley • Deflection pulley • Required accessories such as screws, nuts, bolts and seals.

In the event of a single defect or for less complex front end auxiliary drives in older cars, garages can fall back on a wide range of INA tensioner and deflection pulleys. For many years, renowned automobile and engine manufacturers have relied on belt drive components from Schaeffler. The high-quality INA pulleys and tension rollers are used both in auxiliary and timing drives.

When performing a timing belt replacement, experts recommend replacing all the parts in the system, including the water pump, to avoid individual component failure and additional maintenance costs.
