Always recommend new fluid to the customers and encourage them to thoroughly read the instructions provided with the products. What you need to know When customers fit a new rack or pump, they must flush old fluid out with NEW fluid before fitting new rack or pump.

Returns and warranty rates are high due to garages not flushing the system and we need your help to educate our customers.

ELECTRIC POWER STEERING

All of our Electric Power Steering (EPS) racks are plug and play – a term that describes the simplicity that we bring to problem installations and in 95% of occasions, eliminates the need for programming of the remanufactured EPS product supplied. We aim to take the difficulty out of installing our EPS Steering products by making our products plug and play.

What you need to know When customers fit a new rack or pump, they must clear fault codes before fitting and switching on.
