A complete controls and plant overhaul can be done in as little as three days, and customers have told us the disruption is far less than they expected.
1. H ow do I calculate my spraybooth’s running costs?
Our Workshop Solutions team, working with our Supplier Partners can do that for you, all we need are copies of your gas and electricity bills, the approximate number of vehicles you process per week, and to carry out a quick survey on your existing equipment. We can guide you through current and future costs, and potential savings.
Live tests with independent gas and electric meters have been fitted to spraybooths in bodyshops across the UK to compare upgraded system costs to standard costs. Figures have been verified by independent energy experts.

Government-funded energy support schemes cannot be relied upon indefinitely. Energy prices for the rest of this year and beyond are unknown and likely to be volatile.
Spraybooths and compressed air systems are the biggest consumers of energy in the bodyshop (for energy-saving compressors see page 25-27) . Any spraybooth can have the control system and/or mechanical system retro-fitted to deliver higher efficiency performance. Payback can be in months not years.
