Hydraulic Steering System

Starline Hydraulic steering racks are ISO certified and they are remanufactured to exacting standards to retain the original OE performance. Once all our Hydraulic steering racks are stripped down, all the seals are replaced with OE equivalent parts. To ensure that quality is guaranteed, all our units are tested 100% throughout the remanufacturing process, before being signed off as good as new.

The main reasons for flushing the system on all power steering systems is that the fluid becomes contaminated during regular use, and the contamination will cause premature failure of hydraulic seals under pressure.

• Units are Pressure and flow tested using simulated road conditions to ensure perfect functionality • Painted with anti-corrosion paint to protect from the elements to prolong the life • Research & development and all testing are done inhouse • Quality controlled from end to end.
