Fully Automatic and boasting a ‘top end’ specification, the Megamount 503XL is capable in any environment. The patented, adjustable turntable enables alloy rims up to 26” in diameter to be clamped from the outside, and the tall column and wide bead breaker opening ensures suitability for extra-wide rims up to 15”.

This completely automated machine makes tyre fitting and removal about as safe and simple as it can get. Using twin lasers to determine the exact 3D mass of the rim, the X-Boss sets up all the tools automatically, removing any opportunity for error. ■ An intelligent dead man system operates throughout the machine’s cycle, making all other functions except for the one you are completing inactive so only the correct function can be carried out at each stage of the process, eliminating the risk of damage to tyres from human error ■ Approved by BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Lamborghini
