(Will be unable to carry out normal work activities during the day) • Booking Form required

ASSESSMENT ONLY ON CUSTOMER’S PREMISES (NO TRAINING) (customer provides machine and consumables) LEAD BDM – automotive Air Conditioning Refrigerant Handling Certification (City & Guilds) For the first person £195 , for additional people from the same garage (up to a max of 8) £75 • Customers are to study the course material for themselves as there will be no training on the day. • Only 1 hour required for assesment

The handling certificate provides the qualification necessary to satisfy EU legislation in the mobile air conditioning market. It is designed for anyone involved within the automotive industry including mobile mechanics, independent garages, main dealerships and motor anufacturers. ZF TRAINING – CLUTCH AND CLUTCH SYSTEM AWARENESS COURSE What is it about? This one day course considers the key aspects of clutch system awareness, illustrating the clutch functions, components and types through presentation, discussion and hands on tutorial. Skills to undertake a correct clutch and release system installation. What will you get out of it? Recognition of the clutch components, knowledge of vibration reduction, skills to undertake a practical clutch damage assessment, potential workshop costs reduction, reducing chances of repeat vehicle failure, guidance from experienced tutor with extensive practical knowledge of SACHS clutches. ONLY £150.00 DMF AND VEHICLE SYSTEM AWARENESS COURSE What is it about? This one day course considers the key aspects of vehicle system awareness, illustrating the DMFs superiority above conventional dampers through presentation, discussion and hands on tutorial. What will you get out of it? Skills to undertake a practical DMF damage assessment, recognition of the principle differences between conventional damper and DMF, fault finding skills for root cause of DMF failures, potential workshop costs reduction, reducing chances of repeat vehicle failure, guidance from experienced tutor with extensive practical knowledge of SACHS DMF.

What is it about? This one day course covers key aspects of vehicle suspension and steering systems covering new technologies and the effect that these components have on vehicle safety. What will you get out of it? Recognition of the effect worn parts has on vehicle safety, understand vehicle suspension types and crucial settings, understand the importance of correct steering geometry set up, be confident to offer the correct advice to customers regarding steering and suspension parts, guidance from an experienced tutor with extensive practical knowledge of SACHS and LEMFÖRDER.
