The new KTS stands alongside the new generation of OEM diagnostic tools capable of using parallel channels or diagnostics over the Internet to carry out diagnosis and software uploading. Offering much faster and efficient upload times, OEM’s are increasingly using this type of communication. This will eventually become an industry standard. Running the powerful Bosch ESI software in its own right, the new KTS is also capable of not only Pass Thru to an OEM software interface, but operating OEM software running from a separate laptop or pc. With verifications already in place with leading OEMs, the new KTS is a single hardware answer for operating one or more OEM software. The new Bosch KTS560 and KTS590 have been proven to work on: Jaguar Land Rover, VAG, Vauxhall, Volvo & many others • Works with any Windows-based PC that has a licensed version of the Bosch diagnostics software ESI[tronic]2.0 installed. Performs Pass Thru by working with OEM software* • Operates OEM software with many approvals already in place • Supports all of today’s relevant diagnostic protocols including Diagnostics over Internet Protocol (DoIP) – and that means it's capable of all the latest OEM procedures

DCU 220 (Diagnostic Control Unit) combines the features of a notebook with those of a tablet PC for flexible and comfortable working, especially under workshop conditions. When used as a tablet PC, the touchscreen is fast and easy, when a keyboard

is needed, the DCU 220 lends itself to being used as a notebook for any kind of usual computer work, such as the quick and easy entry of customer data. DCU 220 controls Bosch test and diagnostic systems, e.g. FSA 500 or the modules from the KTS series.
