WHY UPGRADE? ■ A one-person OPTL or ATL station will save you money. The person employed to assist with operating can now be working elsewhere in the workshop. ■ An OPTL lift is typically larger than a 2-Person MOT lift with powerful axle play detectors for testing wheel suspension and steering components efficiently. ■ Your headlamp beam tester may not have laser functionality and the ability to test xenon lights, upgrade and modernise your bay with a complete OPTL package.

*Special OPTL lifts are available for Testing Stations operating on Acquired Rights (so called ‘grandfather rights’) where the test lanes are shorter than the current regulations would allow when setting up new Testing Station from scratch. A new DVSA Approval is required when upgrading form a 2-person test lane to OPTL.
