SPIN-ON DIESEL FUEL FILTERS

Racor filters in the spin-on fuel filter range include filters for diesel or petrol (gasoline) engines. The spin-on range use Aquabloc® media, in a simple to service, quick change filter element. Bowl choices for Racor filters are see through polycarbonate or aluminium. Where authority approval is required, please use Racor filters with metal bowls, many of which also carry UL approval for small craft. Aquabloc® media is corrugated which means more surface area exposed for fuel filtration and more dirt holding capacity.

Polymer bowls are virtually indestructible. They won’t discolour from exposure to alcohol additive or UV light. A die cast aluminium bowl is available for most models .

FUEL SYSTEMS

200 Series (215 - 230 - 245) Improved for greater versatility. The 200 series filter / separators come standard with an integral priming pump and a new see through contaminant bowl which can operate in applications up to 30psi. Another design upgrade is the optional 200 watt in bowl heater for colder operating conditions. Applications include light duty and medium duty trucks and vehicles, construction, agricultural and other diesel powered equipment. 100 Series (110A - 120A) Maximum protection in minimum space. This series of filters offer reliable protection for smaller diesel engines used in generator sets, pressure washers and other equipment. Their compact size fits tight mounting locations and multiple ports offer installation flexibility. 400 Series (445 - 460 - 490) Compact units which feature a built-in primer pump, for quick and easy servicing. Options include fuel heater kits and water probe. Racor 400 Series are also available with a metal bowl, which are fire tested to ISO 7840:2004, fulfilling the requirements set out in the ISO 10088:2001 small craft directive. Racor 400 series can be mounted directly on the engine, if so required. 600 Series (660 - 690) All 600 Series Spin-on fuel filter / water separators feature multiple fuel ports and a built in mounting bracket for installation convenience and flexible mounting.
