MAIN HEADING INTERNATIONAL THINNERS

Thinners are solvents which are usually the same, or very similar, to those used within the product they are recommended with. They can be used as an additive to ease application, or to clean brushes and equipment.

THINNERS NO. 1 General purpose thinner and equipment cleaner for Alkyd based one-part paints and varnishes including: Toplac, Interlux, Pre-cote, Interdeck, Danboline, Original, Goldspar Satin, Schooner Gold, Schooner, Compass and Intertuf 16, above the waterline.

THINNERS NO. 3 Typically used with antifouling paints (excluding Micron ® Optima and VC ® products), below the waterline. Also used to aid with the spray application of our one-part varnishes.

EPOXY FILLER

WATERTITE EPOXY FILLER Your boat is not only under attack from the elements. Damage can also result from collisions or other physical impacts. Watertite is a two-part water resistant filler, suitable for use with most common substrates. Area: Above and below the waterline Thinners: No.7 Practical Coverage (m²/Lt): 1.0 (at 1mm thick) Substrates: GRP, Wood, Steel, Aluminium, Lead

• Quick drying epoxy filler suitable for use on GRP, Metals and rigid Wood constructions. • The formulation does not shrink and is extremely water resistant, making it suitable for localised osmosis damage repairs. • Fills up to 20mm without sagging and is ideal for use above and below the waterline. • Watertite is high strength and has good adhesion properties. It is very fast drying and super smooth when dry. • This is an extremely hard dry epoxy filler, therefore do not over apply.
