Konig Special Filler Applicator

An innovative design for the application and levelling of wax fillers. The outer casement has both saw tooth and rounded serrations for the efficient removal of excess wax from filled holes and repairs. Housed inside the applicator is a cleaning comb, to keep the serrations free from wax, and two buffing pads. These pads allow the waxes to be given either a glossy finish or a matt finish to blend in with the surrounding surface. This set is ideal for repairing cosmetic damage such as small chips and scratches in ceramic sanitary ware. The filler hardens in seconds and once cured, has a temperature range from -40 to +150°C. A precision tool designed to remove surplus Rex-Lith, Polyester and Repairlux fillers without damaging the surrounding area. The chrome vanadium blade can be used on both sides. Baileys Fibreglass Polyester Resin

Baileys polyester resin is a high quality, fast drying general purpose laminating / lay-up resin. Used in 1000’s of repair projects this low styrene, pre-accelerated, fast drying resin is ideal for general repairs to boats and marine maintenance applications. The resin has excellent adhesion properties and is widely used for general mould making, motorcycle / automotive repairs, canoe / kayak repair projects, plus many more repair applications. Requires BPO paste hardener to cure. 250g. Rapid Cure. Mixing Ratio 2 parts BPO hardener / 100 parts resin. Excellent adhesion properties. Gel time 7-10 mins.
