Baileys fibreglass chopped stand matting (CSM) is a 4sq.ft / 300 gm high quality emulsion bound chopped strand mat supplied in air sealed packaging. Generally used for hand lay-up applications for use with Baileys polyester resin, to repair leaks, cracks, splits and holes in fibreglass GRP. Top quality Matting. Supplied in air sealed package.

Baileys BPO (Benzoyl Peroxide) red paste hardener is a curing agent used in all Baileys 45 series resins, supplied with re-sealable screw cap. The red pigment helps to ensure even distribution when mixing with resin. High quality product. Re-sealable tube. Coloured to aid mixing.

Baileys Fibreglass Premium Polyester Resin

Baileys premium polyester resin is a high quality, Lloyds approved general purpose laminating / lay-up resin. Used in 1000’s of repair projects this low styrene, pre-accelerated, resin is ideal for general repairs to boats and marine maintenance applications. The resin has excellent adhesion properties and is widely used for general mould making, motorcycle / automotive repairs, canoe / kayak repair projects, plus many more repair applications. The resin requires the addition of MEKP liquid catalyst to cure (supplied with resin). High grade resin. Mixing Ratio 2 parts MEKP hardener / 100 parts resin.(MEKP supplied). Gel time 15-20 mins. Lloyds approved. Excellent adhesion properties.

Baileys Fibreglass Flowcoat / Topcoat Brilliant White

Baileys Premium Polyester Flowcoat is a Lloyds approved high quality coating which provides excellent weathering and water resistance properties. Sometimes referred to as Topcoat it’s generally used as an all-purpose coating for use in GRP constructions and maintenance. Flowcoat / Topcoat will air dry tack-free due to the addition of a wax in styrene solution, and is a one coat system. Application is by brush or roller, the Flowcoat requires the addition of MEKP liquid catalyst to cure (supplied). Colour - Brilliant white. Excellent weathering / water resistance properties Coverage 0.5kg / sq.m Lloyds approved. Mixing Ratio 2 parts MEKP hardener / 100 parts Flowcoat (MEKP Supplied)

Baileys Bubble Burster is a light weight easy to use aluminium tool designed for the removal of air bubbles in fibreglass matting. The tool is easy to use and aids the even distribution of resin during the wet-out process. Light weight. Reusable can be cleaned with Acetone. Removes bubbles. Distributes resin evenly.
