Course Invoicing…

Please follow the steps below

1. Book the course on the customers Academy site once logged in, as shown on the interactive session. This will then say ‘ Approval Pending ’

2. Get an order number or reference from the customer if needed, and the name of the person attending the course

3. The supplying LKQ branch then needs to book the chosen course to the relevant account in the usual manner, all courses are set-up on the system. Please add the name of the person attending the course in the notes on Babbage

4. A copy of the invoice then needs sending to Info@lkqacademy.co.uk

5. Once checked by Academy Admin, then the course will be approved
