Finance Bulletin Newsletter_November 2022 V1
Quarterly Superstar Chloe Bannister Reasons why Chloe is the first finance quarterly superstar: • Chloe happily volunteered to be a mentor for one of the new interns • She successfully moved from Cash & Bank to Management Accounts to cover maternity leave at very short notice • She has demonstrated a track record of picking up existing spreadsheets and processes and improving them • She is currently working towards AAT level 3 • Chloe has fit into the team so well, both from a work and relationship point of view. She is driven and ambitious and an extremely hard worker with integrity, passion and a bubbly personality which endear her to all she meets. I’m so, so proud of Chloe for this achievement and know that she has a very bright future at ECP • Chloe came in to the team as maternity cover, but it is fair to say we would now be lost without her. Initially, Chloe took on the challenges of IT and quickly earned the respect of colleagues around the business. Having been successful with IT, Chloe has now taken on Marketing and has already made great progress with the tidy up required to enable accurate reporting of actual spend.
