Air con season –

While we are coming towards the end of air con season, it isn’t quite over just yet.

There are still summer staycations to be had, another heatwave predicted across the UK in August and plenty of cars with air con machines that need servicing. Plus, air con servicing is an opportunity that comes around every year, so even though we are at the tail end of the 2021 air con season, take this opportunity to prepare for 2022.

Get the most out of the next few weeks ■ Use your customer database and phone all your customers with air con machines that haven’t been serviced this year and let them know you offer this service. ■ Offer the service to every customer that comes in as an optional extra when their car is on the ramp. ■ Make sure you update your database to reflect who has had their aircon serviced this year so you can remember to contact them when the time comes for their next service in 2022.
