Five signs of machine failure

1. Inaccurate readings Has the machine been providing inconsistent readings of various vehicles that have been tested? 2. Out-of-date vehicle database With new vehicles continuously evolving, equipment becomes outdated and incompatible with the new technology – could this be yours? 3. Software glitches From data processing errors to communication failures, if the required maintenance hasn’t been followed software glitches can interfere with the test results. 4. Constant leak test failures Leak test failure can be caused by a number of faults and areas where leaks can occur, both internally and externally to the machine. 5. Slow to start up in the morning Perhaps your machine is functioning as normal but just takes a little longer to power up in the morning – this could be a clear indication that your machine is reaching end of life.
