ELECTRICS – EMS (ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS)

With the development of Electric Vehicles, EMS products will continue to play a critical role in the smooth functioning of vehicles, for example, with battery temperature management.

EMS products help control vehicle functions electronically. Failed or faulty EMS products will likely result in an MOT failure, poor fuel economy and poor performance of the engine. Any product which provides the ECU with information can be classed as EMS. Some examples of information required by the ECU are: speed, temperature, pressure and emissions.
