Double-clutch credit procedure Double-clutch kits are currently blocked from credit due to the nature of the product. Each kit contains a variety of components, each of which are essential to carry out the job successfully. However, there have been some occasions where kits have been returned with components missing that cannot be replaced individually, making the kit unusable to the next customer. To get a kit unblocked you need to send the following details to the clutch product manager, details can be found on ECPedia via Product Manager: ■ Part number ■ Customer account number ■ Reason for credit ■ Clear images showing conditions.

Premium Longlife G13 Concentrate This is a Silicate containing antifreeze based on Organic Additive Technology (OAT). It meets the latest requirements of the VAG group VW TL 774J to be used in VAG models from 2011 onwards. ■ The range consists of 60 part numbers including G11, G12+, G12++, G13 variants as well as Citroen, Peugeot, Renault and Nissan specific coolant ■ 1, 5 and 20 Litre pack sizes are available ■ Stock will begin to arrive into T2 late August.
