ARE YOU CHECKING YOUR CUSTOMERS CAR FOR ADBLUE?

Many diesel cars registered after September 2015 use AdBlue to reduce emissions. In general, if you own a Euro 6-compliant diesel Audi, BMW, Citroën, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz or Peugeot, it's likely to use AdBlue technology. Every time a car comes into your garage you can increase your revenue and provide an additional service to your customers by checking their adblue is topped up. Advise your customers the importance of not letting the AdBlue tank dry and to fill their tank in good time before it's empty. If the tank does run dry, it will not be possible to start the engine after it is switched off and the only way to restart the car after the tank has been run dry is to refill with AdBlue of the specified quality, minimum three litres.
